CMM Programmers LLC. founded in 1995, became the first consulting company to solely provide support for companies targeting and daring to implement 3D engineering technologies such as Valisys and Unigraphics. Since this formation we have successfully implemented several installations of Valisys / eMPower products with many large and small corporations throughout Automotive and Aerospace industries.
We created a software company Metrology Integrators and developed a shop-hardened manufacturing shopfloor software suite to speed implementations of Siemens Tecnomatix eMPower Quality products. This software suite fills the "Gap" between CMM Lab users and simplifies the system so that any manufacturing shopfloor user can select an inspection and easily run an inspection without special metrology skills or advanced training. We made it simple to use, simple to understand, and simple to review the inspection results. This system was implemented at a major aerospace company and is currently running on over 40 CMM's in the manufacturing shopfloor environement.
